API Migration

With the launch of Tealstreet 2.0 in summer 2023 API keys for certain exchanges will need to be edited or remade.

Migration of API keys (Tealstreet Update 2.0)​

  • Binance: Keys will need to be remade. Please see Binance
  • Bitget: Keys will need to be remade. Please see Bitget
  • Bitmex: Keys will need to be remade. Please see Bitmex
  • Bybit: Keys should not be affected by this migration.
  • Okex: Keys should not be affected by this migration.
  • Phemex: Keys will need to be remade. Please see Phemex

Users are encouraged to make NEW api keys, as opposed to merely editing existing keys.

Users will have a 3 day grace-period after the migration is completed to continue using existing trading keys on the legacy version of Tealstreet before it gets phased out.

Troubleshooting​

In this section we will go over some of the common issues that users may encounter during the migration & update process to Tealstreet 2.0.

My API key is not working / not showing up?

Due to how the migration of data was processed users who created their API Keys after the data snapshot ( Apr 30) might lose their activated keys during the migration and will need to make new keys.
